Meet Andrea McDonald
Sales Representative
Andrea has worked hard and has cultivated her passions into a career that she loves. Since starting her career in 2008, Andrea has found a love not only for real estate but also for renovations and real estate investing. With a foundation as an investment coach, a University background in design and an eye for beautiful execution, Andrea has the ability to help her clients succeed in all aspects of real estate.
Her strong negotiation and communication skills combined with her ability to really listen to her clients has allowed Andrea to help hundreds of people navigate their real estate journey, whether that is through the purchase/sale of a personal home, renovation and build projects or building their investment portfolio.
Andrea and her husband John Paul began investing in real estate in 2009. Over the last decade they have grown their portfolio to consist of a variety of investment properties, including straight rentals, rent-to-owns, duplexes, commercial units and more recently pre-construction condos, cottage properties and joint ventures. In addition to these investments they both share a love for home renovations and have taken on extensive projects of their personal homes with both homes setting record sales prices in their neighbourhoods when sold! Andrea manages their portfolio and is always very hands-on with renovations, which has naturally grown her knowledge and expertise in the field.
When she’s not working on all things real estate, Andrea loves getting to the gym for a good sweat session, roaming the aisles of HomeSense, travelling with her family, spending time with her two daughters and planning the next project to tackle with her husband.
